Having been part of the P-CED effort, as a sponsor/supporter for the past year, I'm pleased to say that we're finally making progress in Eastern Europe. Ukraine is the current focus and the Orange revolution couldn't have come at a better time as we promote microfinance and orphan aid backed by a venture to deliver a new communications infrastructure as a competitive not for profit initiative.
