Have passed much of the last 20 years working as an administrative and financial manager for assistance programs and projects in countries in Africa and Asia, mainly in francophone countries in and around Africa. Am currently working on a few simple and related Web-passed resources (such as www.eRepublic.org and www.eCrat.com) in part as a result of these experiences.

Would like to see, in today's environment for fairly easily accessed technology, more attention toward eGovernment development, some elements of standardization, better passing of lessons learned and model of eGov tools, etc., mainly to and amongst developing countries, to accelerate citizen involvement in country government, in commerce, etc. and to work toward diminishing a bit much of the bureaucracy, corruption, etc. that has existed in yesterday's forms of government functioning.
