Hi,

Thank you for your exercise two submission. From going through the same, I feel you should highlight your value proposition in the two aspects in a concise way:

  1. How the geographical limitations and the absence of any practical and viable alternative is hurting the food and security of thousands of Palestinian households.
  2. How your project will aim to serve the poorest sections by providing a suitable solution and help the different beneficiaries.

Your three main beneficiaries look like as below:

  1. Free fresh and rich foods for the poor families who currently have no access to food,
  2. Support for poor small scale farmers who can to continue cultivating their lands, and
  3. Support for poor productive women in cooperatives who use local agricultural products in processing foods.

If you focus on the above and can give any specific numbers on the beneficiaries #2 and 3 above, then it would help the Value proposition a lot. Please resubmit after your changes if any and proceed to submit exercise 3 on Business model. Do let me know of any questions. Looking forward to your business model resubmission.

Best Regards,

Sriram
