Dear Ms. Fingleton,

Thank you for your exercise 2 - I think this is very nearly complete. You're in the challenging position of having two different target markets, and thus trying to pull them together into one value proposition is difficult. I think you've made a good effort!

I think, because this statement is supposed to be short and concise, so someone can just rattle it off in an elevator, it might be an idea to try to condense it down to three sentences. Perhaps the first sentence can be something like, "For adults and kids, The TEN  Project... [does great things]." Then, two sentences - like the ones you already have. One to differentiate your program from others for your adult market; one to differentiate your program from others for your youth market.

I hope that makes sense. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them back to me. Looking forward to your updated value proposition!

Best,

Katharine

Hi Ms. Fingleton,

I just wanted to let encourage you to post your exercise 3, business
model, as soon as possible. As the exercise period ends Feb. 25, you
may want me to comment on it beforehand so you can make changes to it,
if you want. I'd need to receive your exercise by Feb. 22 at the latest
to provide comments, but of course, the sooner, the better!

Best,

Katharine
