We want villagers in villages worldwide to understand the
economics of their villages, efficiently use their resources for economic
growth, and connect socially.
Our response to the second exercise is attached.

Thanks for submission of your Value Proposition. You’ve been very thorough identifying all your beneficiaries, direct and indirect.
I noticed that the attributes of your service that you’ve identified as being valuable for your direct beneficiaries are identical for all of the segments you’ve listed. They should lend themselves well to being drafted into a single value proposition similar to the example shown for Aravind Eye Care System at http://www.socialedge.org/features/gsbi/gsbi/exercise-2-value-proposition . Also copied from that page, here is the template for writing this style of value proposition:
[Name of organization] provides [products/services], which are [statement of key differentiators], for [target beneficiaries], and thereby creates [statement of social value/impact], unlike [competition].
If you would like to revise your Value Proposition for your direct beneficiaries to reflect the example, I would be happy to review it again.

Hello Christopher!
I see your Village Manager is a very stable and user-friendly tool, at least it is how it looks from the public search interface. The mashup data/Google maps is very interesting and practical!
At the same time, I think the service may benefit from adding some best-practices sharing functionalities. I guess that cities/towns may be interested in sharing stories, at least successful ones, with cities of similar dimensions etc.
If you have any advice about how to improve our service and our partecipation to GSBI, it would be great to hear it! THANKS

VillageManager.net provides village data warehousing and
analysis on the internet, which is free, secure, easy to use, and accessible,
for village managers organizing their communities, and thereby creates value by
enabling homeowners associations, civic associations, community redevelopment
associations, and business associations to understand their economies and
communicate with their village players.
Unlike urban planning firms and national demographers (such as ESRI)
which take expensive snapshots of the village economy, VillageManager.net
empowers village managers to upload their own data, connect with municipal data
sources, and interact with the data to plan, implement, and evaluate strategies
on their own. Other beneficiaries, such
as municipalities, foundations, real estate developers, and village vendors,
benefit from this data by being able to monitor multiple neighborhoods, compare
communities regionally and nationally, and evaluate the return on investment of
grant funding, lending, and other support.
VillageManager.net has been published and is in beta testing and
providing value to the primary beneficiaries.
These pilot villages are helping to improve the value, user experience,
and marketability of this tool.
