GSBI 2008 Exercise 1: Target Market Statement

The Target Market Statement describes the direct and indirect beneficiaries of the organization (those individuals or groups that the organization’s is intended to serve), the size and characteristics of the beneficiary groups, how the beneficiary group (“the market”) is segmented, and how/why the products/services of the organization create value for the beneficiaries.
