Client Service Associate - New York, NY
The CSA will be responsible to communicate with Partners, their clients, other Veris Wealth Partners employees, Envestnet and other service providers to ensure efficient implementation of wealth management services.
The CSA will be familiar with the firm’s wealth management services, investment philosophy, investment process and the investment and wealth management products and services. The CSA will be able to verbalize our wealth management services, our investment philosophy and our social vision. The CSA will be familiar with the firm’s standard operating procedures.
Specific duties will include but not be limited to:
National communications 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
Responsible to answer all incoming calls
Assist callers to the extent possible
Current client relationships
Schedule quarterly meetings
Prepare quarterly meeting materials
Track actions items from all client meetings
Implement specific client tasks as requested
Respond to daily client requests
Prospective Clients
Schedule meetings as needed
Prepare presentation materials
New Client
Prepare new client materials and documents
Work with client through the transfer and new account set-up process
Prepare cost basis analysis
Communication with clients at each step of the process
Technology
Ability to work with multiple online services and systems
Microsoft Office, word, excel, outlook
Power Point proficient
Credentials: Preferred Series 7, Series 65 or 1-3 years experience working in the financial services industry
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to think independently and manage projects
SALARY: $45,000 PTO: 3 Weeks
