Training Programs Coordinatore, Amherst, MA

Verité seeks a detail-oriented and professionally mature individual to coordinate the delivery of corporate social responsibility training and education programs globally. Accountabilities include support of materials development, field activities and logistics, client communications, data tracking and other components of effective project management. Excellent organization and communication skills are essential; training experience (development, support or delivery) are preferred.

Location Amherst, MA at Verité Headquarters

Key tasks
•    Manage training requests from clients
•    Schedule training with field teams
•    Budgeting, invoicing, payments
•    Proposal writing support
•    Materials development support
•    Copy editing
•    Data entry for project tracking
•    Training impact tracking
•    Administrative support for organizational activities as needed

Qualifications
•    Demonstrated effectiveness working in a professional setting
•    Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university
•    Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientation
•    Strong computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
•    Chinese or Spanish language preferred but not required
•    Strong editing skills
•    Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
•    Positive outlook
•    Strong team player
Salary range    Commensurate with experience (in the $30Ks) with benefits
