I'm scheduled to go to India for a short trip from mid December to early January and would love to help on odd days at a non-profit based in or around the cities of Goa, Delhi and/or Mumbai during my planned stay. I recognize it may be difficult to add value during such a short stay; however, I'd also like to help a non-profit's development efforts when I return to the states in January- visiting the project location in India would provide transparency and insight potentially making the development efforts easier back in the US.
