There is no additional fee to the client, rather the Mortgage Pledge Go-Giver (realtor or laon officer) agrees pay a portion of their proceeds, money that normally goes to traditional advertising or marketing. All we ask is the client tells everyone they know about Mortgage Pledge to create a sustainable stream of giving to their local community.
