Ethiopia -- funding for vet clinics and diagnostic labs

I am engaged in two businesses here, collaborating w Ethiopians. I am an older female American.
Both businesses have two aims: helping out and supporting ourselves.
One is a sewing business that focuses on older women but is not exclusive re age or gender. The one I am writing about is a business to fill needs for animal care.
There is not one diagnostic lab in the country for vets, nor is there one modern vet clinic. No microscopes, no xray machines, no ultrasounds, and so forth.
We need guidance re attracting donations of equipment, supplies, and funds.
I'm happy to give more info, but for now shall keep it simple.
